Conrad Jennings
Conrad Jennings helped built the Marquette University athletic program
as a coach and athletic director. He coached track from 1922 to 1948
and developed such stars as Ralph Metcalfe, John Sisk and Gene Ronzani.
Jennings served as MU athletic director and helped build the reputation
of the school's program. He was responsible for bringing many of the
top track and field athletes in the country to compete in AAU events,
Central Collegiate Conference championships and Olympic trials.
